Job brief

You are positioned with different clients for missions of varying lengths in accordance with your wishes.

Your tasks will include projects related to the management of titles: :

• Tool migration
• Management of titles management applications o Improvement of OMS (application for the creation and execution of UCITS orders and settlement-delivery): management of CANC/REPL, change of UCITS for a fund o Integration of cancellations and switches into the order creation functionality of the client web application o Monitoring of these applications, management and communication of production incidents to Back Office, Middle Office, MOA, MOE o Analysis of SWIFT flows
• Change of custodians
• Change of valuers

Responsabilities

• Your expertise is based on your in-depth knowledge of titles management and also on the entire application universe related to these activities. The tools used are in particular :
  • NeoXam Global Portfolio
  • Mures
  • Chorus
• You accompany and advise your client in an efficient way thanks to your expertise, your posture of consultant and your methodology in project management.
• You analyze the needs, you translate them to the technical teams through the expression of business needs, the writing of specifications, the writing of general and technical specifications, and the animation of recurrent meetings.
• You assist the users of the software packages.

Skills

• You have held positions as a Support or Project Consultant, Project Manager or Support Team Manager.
• You are familiar with the middle and back-office titles settlement and delivery, OST in its entirety, data management, lending…
• You have a particular interest in finance but also in the world of consulting, you understand the added value of an external consultant to a client and you wish to accompany him in these evolutions.
• We are looking for profiles with 3 years of experience or more, as well as experienced profiles (from 7 to 15 years of experience) who wish to invest and evolve within a human-sized firm that is recognised by its clients.
