Job brief
You are positioned with different clients for missions of varying lengths in accordance with your wishes.
Your assignments will include these projects:- Optimisation of existing systems and tools
- Deployment of a new solution for managing membership contracts, contributions, collections, etc.
- Redesign of members’ areas
- Deployment of new online services for employees
- Migration of data
Responsabilities
- Your expertise will be based on your in-depth knowledge of the Health, Personal Insurance and Provident Funds sectors, as well as your knowledge and technical skills in information systems, CRM and management tools. These may include the following CRMs :
- PEGA
- Salesforce
- Coheris
- It can be the following management tools :
- CLEVA
- Activ’Infinit
- Graphtalk AIA
- You support and advise your client in an efficient manner thanks to your expertise, your consultant’s posture and the project management methodology in V cycle or Agile.
- You will analyse the needs and translate them to the technical teams through specifications, writing specifications and leading recurring meetings. You manage and monitor projects. You participate in the design and validation of prototypes. You will ensure that MVIs are carried out. You set up an integration strategy (CI, MVI), approval (recipes, tests, etc.) and deployment.
- You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the software and will be responsible for the implementation of the software and for the management of the software.
Skills
- You have held positions as a digital project/programme manager or consultant, Business Analyst, Product Owner for spaces, tunnels or CRM.
- You have a particular interest in the world of consulting, you understand the added value of an external consultant to a client and you wish to accompany them in these evolutions.
- You have this dual competence Digital – Health, you have the following knowledge:
- Health: RO – RC, PEC, GED, PEC…
- Individual and group insurance
- Life insurance: IARD …
- Your strength is your rigour, knowledge and application of project management methodology, clear communication and good interpersonal skills.
- We are looking for profiles with at least 2 years of experience, including 1 year in personal insurance and 1 year in digital, but also more experienced profiles (6 years or more) with this dual skill set who wish to invest and develop within a human-sized firm that is recognised by its clients.
